ham radio license

Hi,

I have got a letter saying I have cleared the ASOC exam. What do i need to do next ?

The letter says you may apply for a license on-line. at the WPC website (http://www.wpc.dot.gov.in/udefault.asp)

I filed all details online. However, i did not fill the DD details as i have not taken a DD (The result letter says no sending money unless asked for).
Today I tried modifying the application to see if I can add the details of bank DD, but i couldn't do so. I'm getting an error saying "The application is already under process, cannot modify". Application status says hard copy pending.

what should i do next ? will this be an issue ?
