We got MCP6200 to read the radio, but program locks when we write.
Prolific USB driver must be installed for USB cable. Set com port
(com 4 on ours) from tools menu, and change from chinese to english.

I acquired the new software for LT3268 and it works great. It is available from Brian Chen at asiaradiosales.com The program is lt6200v and will write ok to radio. I using Windows XP and usb programming cable.
The old mcp6200 will read, but freezes when write.
