I am going to build low-cost multifunctional seven digit LCD frequency counter, MAG.
I wonder if anyone can tell the true value of R2 in the circuit diagram?
Is it to be 47R or 47k? It is now 47E.

L2 , 1mH inductor is Just for 12V line filter. If you don't have one, byepass or put a 1 ohm 1/4 watt resistor in its place.

I've managed to make the FC ...
but, I am confused as to its offset setting ....
for example I want to set for 11mhz frequency ....
how do I ...???
BTW: to swicth IF - VFO where I put it, in the scheme only connection to GND ....
so that I can place just switch VFO-IF, VFO + IF, IF NOR-REV & Select

This element has been described in the article clearly, I suppose.
RB0/INT takes care of IF select it is a momentary action switch.
RB1 and RB2 make a selection for offset. As such we get 4 combinations.
RB1 RB2 definition SW position
0 0 Not used. Not possible
0 1 VFO+IF 1 to 2
1 0 VFO-IF 1 to4
1 1 IF-VFO 1 to 3 (not connected to either)
RB3 if switch is open (high) It could be Reverse.
And if closed (low) it would Normal.
As I understand , this is needed to cancel the –ve symbols the design cant display negative values.
regarding 11MHz IF management,\
i shall come back shortly. but as of now you get 10.7 and 10.245 also. there are spare locations where 10MHz is repeated. hence it could be possible to crate 11MHz IF. I remember that VU3CNS had once detailed on this. Mean time please check for one such post by him.
