What after exams ?? How to get licence?

I have passed the restricted grade exam .I don't know what to do next to get the licence.Do i need to send the licence fee too WPC delhi or will they contact me .What should i do to get the licence & how long it takes to get the licence .

I'm from Bangalore. I'm going to take up the ASOC exam this month. It would be great if anyone can share their experience in getting the license after ASOC exam.
