HELP: Need more output voltage

Hi all
I have a circuit for a agc amp, it works ok but the output voltage is only
from .9v to about 4.5v this is to low for my needs.
I need the output to be .9v to 6v, what parts will i need to change to get
this value ?

try reducing R12 to approx 10 to 12K or have a trimmer with centretap connected to one side (variable resistor)
